Six Pepper Salsa:
Ingredients:
3 cups - Diced Tomatoes
1 cup - Diced Bermuda Onion
1 cup - Diced Spanish Onion
1 cup - Diced Green Bell Pepper
1 cup - Diced Yellow Bell Pepper
1 cup - Diced Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup - Cumin
1 tbsp - Black Pepper
1 tbsp - White Pepper
1 tbsp - Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup - Ketchup
1/2 cup - Raspberry Vinegar
1/2 cup - Red Hot sauce
1 bunch Parsley, finely chopped
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate
overnight to let flavors blend. Will keep in airtight container for one
week.
